My 1st Twenty Pounder
16th April 2006
During a night Fish - After 3 years of trying -and 4 close calls I finally managed to land my 1st Twenty Pound carp - a mirror - 21lb 8oz - Caught off Peg 13 - 5 metres out on Frozen Peach Boilie Size 10 / 20lb 4" Braid Hook Length at 0100 hrs Easter Sunday 2006 !!!
Yippee !!!!
Note: Could not get down low as for my bad knee

Location - LC Lake - bailiff Fishing - Peg 13 - 1 ledger - Pineapple Boilie 3 ft from tuft on peg 7 - 4 Carp Fish to 19lb 12oz and Fishing feeder to right of island opposite peg 13 with Single RED MAGGOT on size 18 / 2lb Hook link / maggot feeder - 3 tench to 3lb - 15 roach to 3/4lb and common carp to 7 lb + 1 Mirror 19lb 2oz !!!.
Total for twelve hour period 111lb 4oz
